HR/Safety Systems Technology Analyst (Manufacturing) The HR / Safety Systems Technology Analyst supports and optimizes Human Resources and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) technology systems within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate workforce and safety data, regulatory compliance, and effective system integration across plant operations. The Analyst partners closely with HR, Safety, Operations, and IT to support HRIS, incident management, training compliance, workers compensation, and regulatory reporting. This position plays a key role in reducing risk, improving HR and safety outcomes, and enabling data driven decision making across manufacturing sites. Qualifications What You Will Do: Administer and support HRIS, safety, and manufacturing related workforce systems (e.g., HRIS, LMS, incident management, workers' compensation, contractor safety, and access control systems). Maintain system configurations including workflows, job codes, location hierarchies, security roles, and approvals aligned to plant structures. Provide day to day system support for HR, safety, and plant leadership. Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with IT and vendors to minimize production disruption. Support safety systems related to OSHA recordkeeping (300/300A/301), near miss reporting, corrective actions, and safety observations. Ensure accurate tracking of: Safety training and certifications Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Confined space, hot work, and machine guarding programs Contractor and temporary labor compliance Assist with regulatory inspections, audits, and internal safety reviews by providing accurate system data and reports. Support workers' compensation reporting, claims tracking, and return to work metrics. Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR, EHS, timekeeping, and payroll systems. Develop dashboards and reports for: TRIR, Payroll, Workforce / Labor data, and incident trends Training compliance and overdue certifications Absenteeism, turnover, and headcount by plant Overtime and workforce utilization Analyze workforce and safety data to identify trends, risk areas, and improvement opportunities at the plant and enterprise level. Support leadership with data for safety committees, plant reviews, and executive reporting. Partner with HR, Safety, Operations, and IT to streamline and automate plant based HR and safety processes. Support integrations between HRIS, safety systems, payroll, timekeeping, badge/access systems, and third party vendors. Participate in system implementations, site rollouts, and acquisitions. Recommend technology solutions that improve compliance, efficiency, and user experience for hourly and salaried populations. Develop plant friendly documentation, job aids, and SOPs for system use. Train HR, Safety, supervisors, and safety champions on system functionality and reporting. Support frontline leaders with tools to track training, incidents, and corrective actions. Act as a liaison between Plant HR/EHS, Corporate HR, IT, and system vendors. Participate in cross functional manufacturing and safety initiatives. Track system issues, enhancements, and resolutions. Pay Transparency: The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $125,000 annually.
