QA Project Manager

• Program/Project Manager: • This role provides the structure and coordination needed to connect business priorities, technology strategy, stakeholder priorities, and operational execution. • Program manager will orchestrate the entire transformation, guiding the team through vendor selection, building consensus, defining KPIs, and aligning resources and deliverables to organizational goals. • A dedicated Program Manager will ensure that crucial steps like stakeholder engagement, governance, and cross-team alignment do not fall through t he cracks, hence preventing delays, miscommunication, and strategic drift. • The Program manager will ensure that all efforts are measured and tracked, creating accountability and transparency during the critical ramp-up phase. • Why the PM Role is Essential • The Program/Project manager role is essential for establishing a centralized QA group that serves a broad, cross-functional ecosystem within the organization.
