Position Highlights: Location: 300 68th Street Southeast, Grand Rapids, MI 49548 Shifts Available: Full-time positions across various shifts, including days, evenings, and nights; 8-hour and 12-hour shifts are available. Compensation: Hourly wage range from $28.90 to $41.00, commensurate with experience. Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000 offered to eligible candidates. Incentives: Shift differentials available, increasing your earning potential during evening and overnight hours. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' mental, physical, and emotional health needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Provide direct nursing care, advocate for persons served, and educate families and significant others regarding treatment and after-care. Ensure a safe environment for clients and staff, monitoring for potential safety risks and reporting concerns promptly. Document all nursing activities accurately and in accordance with organizational policies. Supervise and provide guidance to licensed and non-licensed staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Promote a recovery-oriented, person-centered approach aligned with Pine Rest's Mission and Values. Serve as a clinical leader when assigned, delegating tasks responsibly and ensuring adherence to professional standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and resource utilization to enhance patient care outcomes. Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of Michigan. Relevant experience in mental health or behavioral health settings preferred. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
