Temp Admin / Technical Support Specialist We are seeking a Temporary Administrative / Technical Support Specialist to support our National Service Operations Team in North Houston. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer-service mindset, solid technical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will provide technical phone support to subcontractors and technicians, assist with reporting and system verification, and offer project management support to ensure successful service execution. Key Responsibilities Provide phone-based technical support to subcontractors and internal technicians Assist with troubleshooting alarm systems and related service issues Enter, track, and update information across multiple websites and internal systems Support service coordination and ticket management Assist with project management tasks and operational reporting Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up Required Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with alarm systems and basic technical troubleshooting Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent customer-service mindset Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, web-based platforms, data entry) Preferred Qualifications Experience with ticketing systems or service coordination platforms Prior technical support experience (phone-based preferred) Administrative or operations support experience Exposure to project management processes This is a temporary position supporting the National Service Operations Team.
