The Role As a Restaurant Manager, you are the driving force behind every great shift - leading the team, delighting Guests, and ensuring smooth operations from open to close. You'll balance the art of hospitality with the discipline of business, coaching Teammates to deliver memorable experiences while hitting operational and financial targets. What You'll Do Lead shifts with a focus on Guest experience, team performance, and operational excellence Coach, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house Teammates Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals Resolve Guest concerns with professionalism and genuine care Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that reflects Maggiano's culture Partner with leadership to execute restaurant initiatives and drive results What You Bring 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operational systems Commitment to hospitality and creating exceptional Guest experiences Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Able to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and peak-hour demands Able to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation Brinker International is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to workplace diversity, workplace working and workplace fun.
