Job Description Lead the field execution of interior renovation projects frompreconstruction through turnover. Coordinate daily site operations, subcontractor activities, logistics, sequencing, and inspections. Ensure all work complies with contract documents, safety standards, quality expectations, and project schedules. Proactively identify constructability challenges and collaborate with project teams to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain ongoing communication with project management, design partners, and ownership representatives. Mentor field teams, helping to develop strong future leaders within the company. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in commercial construction with at least 5 years as a Superintendent or General Superintendent. Strong, proven background in interior renovation projects, particularly Class A office buildouts, occupied facility renovations, and/or K12 or higher education environments. Ability to thrive in fast paced, detail heavy, schedule sensitive projects. Expert at coordinating MEP systems, finishes, phasing, and subcontractor teams in tight interior environments. Strong communicator with the presence to lead field operations and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Known for professionalism, organization, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
