Administrative Assistant Are you an organized, proactive, detail?loving professional who thrives in a fast?paced environment? Our rapidly expanding Nashville?based client is searching for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to support their team. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to leadership and cross?functional teams Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed Handle incoming communications, including email correspondence and phone inquiries Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Assist with onboarding tasks and HR administrative support Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting Support planning and execution of company events and meetings Anticipate office and team needs, proposing improvements to workflows and processes Qualifications 2+ years administrative, office coordination, or executive support experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace Exceptional communication and writing skills Highly organized with strong time?management abilities Comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment A proactive mindset with strong problem?solving skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality Benefit offerings include PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401K plan.
