Temporary Contract Client Associate (Transition Support) We are seeking a seasoned Client Associate to provide short-term, high-level support during a business transition. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can step in quickly, operate independently, and maintain continuity of service for clients during a period of growth and change. This is not an entry-level temp role - we are looking for someone confident, capable, and steady under pressure. Key Responsibilities Provide immediate operational and administrative support to ensure uninterrupted client service Assist with account openings, transfers, money movement, and maintenance requests Serve as a client-facing contact, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness Support compliance-related tasks and documentation Help stabilize workflows and support the Advisor during a transition period Requirements 515+ years of experience in wealth management client service Prior experience supporting advisors through transitions or breakaways strongly preferred Comfortable working independently with minimal ramp-up Strong familiarity with custodial platforms (GSAS experience a plus) Calm, reliable, and execution-focused Compensation Hourly Rate: $45 - $70/hour Higher end reserved for candidates with GSAS experience or prior transition support Flexible contract length depending on needs and performance
