Learning Objectives and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Assist with inbound claims calls from insureds, claimants, repair shops, agents, and other claim participants. · Set up and extend rental vehicles for eligible claims. · Process glass claims. · Handle policy cancellations and related service requests. · Manage and monitor the eSubro Hub inbox. · Index claim documents accurately into the claims management system. · Support adjusters and team members with service-related tasks. · Gain understanding of insurance claims operations, workflows, and compliance. · Develop professional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Projects/Opportunities · Identify process improvements within claims call handling and service tasks. · Analyze common customer inquiries to suggest service enhancements. · Gain cross-department exposure by participating in projects or initiatives within Agency Services and Billing Services to understand broader operational processes.
