Here's what to expect when you join our team: Deliver predominantly to our customers, and distribution centers and pick up of raw material for production. The OTR Truck Driver is a hybrid Over the Road (OTR) and regional driving position. On this role, you will be OTR 2 weeks at the time depending on the route. All Hub miles paid. Your mileage pay is the same whether you're loaded or unloaded. Education and Experience: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Licensure: Class A Commercial Driver License. Pay and Benefits: Up to $.70 CPM (hub miles). Safety and fuel bonus program $.05 CPM (hub miles). Sign-on-bonus of $5,000. Riders allowed. Company pays for all truck-related expenses including tolls, parking, showers, EZ Pass & more.
