Coverage Needed: 24 Hour Call Coverage: 7am-7am Open Dates: March :00 am - March :00 am June onward average of 20 shifts per month Clinical Information: Hospital setting Patient Ages: adult Call: Hotel/Beeper Call - does required to respond in person to those requests, not just phone calls In a 24 hour period, usually called in 2-5 hours 20 minute response time 500 bed hospital Trauma level 2 Support Staff: Nursing support staff, APP support EMR: eCW and Meditech Daily patient volume: 28 Types of cases: General Urology - Mostly kidney stones, Bread & butter cases Required: DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Certified Active VA License DEA/CSR BLS, ACLS, PALS Case Logs: 200 cases in the last 2 years
