As a Billing Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our services are funded accurately and efficiently helping our teams focus on what matters most: the people we serve. What You'll Do Review service documentation to ensure billing accuracy and regulatory compliance Prepare and submit claims to Medicaid, insurers, and government funding sources Verify service units, coding, and reimbursement rates Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with program staff and providers Maintain organized billing records, remittances, and invoices Generate reports on accounts receivable, collections, and reimbursements Support reconciliations, audits, and month-end/year-end close processes Respond professionally to client and funder inquiries Build strong working relationships across teams and funding partners What You Bring Knowledge of Medicaid and third-party funding guidelines Experience with electronic billing systems and accounting software Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data Exceptional attention to detail with complex billing documentation Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach Preferred: Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience with billing software such as ZirMed Why Join Caregiver, Inc?
