Job Description Oversee complete project lifecycle from precon through closeout. Develop project schedules and cost reports. Lead subcontractor bid packages and negotiations. Conduct OAC and subcontractor meetings. Review drawings, specifications, and constructability. Manage financials, pay apps, and forecasting.
