Job Description

Front Desk Agent The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department, making reservations, and handling guest complaints and concerns. The Front Desk Agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry preferred Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
