National Purchasing Compliance Administrator Arbor Homes is seeking a National Purchasing Compliance Administrator to join our National Purchasing Team located in Indianapolis. This position will assist the procurement and operation initiatives of our Divisional Purchasing and Production Teams across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. Key Responsibilities and Duties Solicit updated organizational compliance documentation from trade partners related to contracts, scopes of work, insurance, training and day-to-day maintenance information. Support daily operations while improving process efficiencies, product alignment, and change management. Eagerness to learn about purchasing and homebuilding industry. Assist National Compliance Manager with organizational documentation collection, adherence, and onboarding of new trade partners. Process and file renewal insurance documents. Participate in value engineering reviews with focus on cost impacts. Work closely with other teams for cross-differential initiatives and backfill workflow needs. Qualifications Strong computer and analytical skills. Excellent process management and organization skills. Open communication and collaboration skills. High School Diploma. BS/BA in Construction, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred, but not required. Experience in Residential Construction preferred. Experience with Sapphire, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Teams) or other related applications preferred.
