Opportunity: Physician - Invasive Cardiology Job Details: • Board-Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist position providing second physician support during recruitment period • Practice setting includes inpatient, call coverage, outpatient clinic responsibilities • Manage approximately 10 clinic patients daily • Handle 12-15 inpatient admissions per day • Work with 1 other cardiologist in the group plus supervision of 4 APCs • Patient population includes adult and geriatric patients • Must be Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified for Advanced Heart Failure care • Experience with electrocardiograms (EKGs) required • Must have AHF Fellowship with LVAD experience • Documentation system: EPIC • Requires ACLS certification • Call ratio is 1:6 with rotating night and weekend call coverage • Must have active VA medical license and DEA • Local provider only as full-time coverage (Mon-Fri + call) is required • Clean professional background required Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
