Customer Service Representative Splintek is a Lenexa based, made in the USA manufacturing company in the business of providing high-quality healthcare products to retailers, professionals, and direct to consumers since 1996. Primary Objective Of Position Receive and resolve a variety of customer requests and inquiries primarily through phone and email communication. Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism during all transactions. Duties And Responsibilities / Essential Functions Answer the company phones and greet all callers cheerfully and professionally. Regularly check and promptly respond to any emails and voicemail messages Establish, develop, and maintain strong and effective working relationships with all customers, prospects, and visitors with a goal of increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty Take ownership of customer problems and concerns and resolve them with empathy and a sense of urgency. Always keep customers informed of actions being taken to address each issue Process orders from assigned customers Provide general administrative support as needed for the corporate office Requirements Education Required: High school diploma or GED Experience And Skill Required: 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience Must speak, read, and write English with high proficiency to communicate effectively with customers Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little supervision Experience with and strong working knowledge of WORD, Excel, and Outlook Ability to type at least 50 words per minute Preferred: 5+ years of customer service or administrative experience AR and AP clerk experience We are not interested in working with recruiters or employment agencies at this time. Work Environment And Physical Demands Vision: Use vision to read, write, type, operate office, electronic, and manufacturing equipment, and make fine adjustments. Speaking/Hearing: Give and receive information through speaking and hearing. Motor Coordination: Requires hands to operate equipment. Lift/Carry: Regularly lift, push, and move up to 50lbs. Environment: Office and warehouse environments may be dust, contain sharp edges, include areas that are not well lit, the floor may be uneven or cracked, and the facility may be subject to variations in temperature.
