Surgical Scrub Technician

Job Title: Surgical Scrub Technician (Preferably Certified) Start Date: ASAP Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (shifts may vary from 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM) Weekly Schedule: 37.5 hours per week; no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duty Operating Rooms: 4 (focused on orthopedics and spine) Surgeries: 10-25 daily; 200-300 monthly Work Environment: High employee satisfaction, supportive and respectful surgeons, and a team dedicated to exceptional patient care Interview Process: Initial phone interview followed by a video or onsite interview with the Facility Administrator and Director of Nursing Responsibilities and Job Requirements: Education/Experience: Certificate from a college or technical school (one year minimum); at least two years of orthopedic surgical experience required. Certifications: BLS (AHA) CPR certification is mandatory. Special Requirements: Flexibility with work hours to align with the daily surgery schedule.
