Data Analytics Lead Direct Hire Hybrid, OH Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to support business objectives. This role involves leading data initiatives, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the effective use of data analytics tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of data and analytics strategies. Oversee the design and implementation of data solutions and architectures. Analyze complex business problems to identify data-driven solutions and insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives. Transform data findings into actionable strategies to drive business growth. Monitor and evaluate analytics performance to recommend improvements. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in data and analytics, preferably in a leadership role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling. Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data tools. Knowledge of analytics and visualization tools is a plus.
