Propane Delivery & Field Service Specialist (CDL Required)Location: Corydon, INAbout the Role We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Propane Delivery & Field Service Specialist to join our Southern Indiana team. This position combines safe propane delivery with hands-on field service work, including tank installation and system support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in safety, and values strong customer relationships.What You'll Do- Safely deliver LP gas to residential and commercial customers- Install propane tanks and related equipment as needed- Perform service calls and assist with troubleshooting- Respond to urgent or emergency service requests when required- Maintain compliance with bulk plant safety and operational standards- Complete delivery tickets, service documentation, and inventory reporting accurately- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks- Follow all USDOT and FMCSR regulations- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services- Support general yard or plant duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For- Experience in propane or fuel delivery preferred (training available for motivated candidates)- Working knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations- Basic mechanical aptitude- Strong communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting- Understanding of commercial truck upkeep and safety standardsQualifications- High School Diploma or GED- Valid CDL with required endorsements- CETP Certification (preferred)Physical Requirements- Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs regularly- Capable of repetitive lifting, pulling, and reaching- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions- Ability to read detailed documents and operate basic computer systems- Clear hearing and verbal communication skillsPlease Note: Duties may evolve based on operational needs.
