The therapist will provide care for neonate, infant, adult, and geriatric patients. Daily census varies based on patient needs. The role includes monitoring patient ratios, which average 20 patients per shift. The position requires weekend coverage every other weekend. Travelers must commit to working in the lab within 48-72 hours of start date. Compliance with attendance policies is essential, as missed shifts count as unexcused. Any missed shift may lead to warnings and possible cancellation of the contract. Travelers will participate in required training modules before starting. Availability for a maximum of 5 days off during the 13-week assignment is allowed, excluding holidays. Any additional time off after submission is not permitted. Familiarity with electronic charting systems is preferred. The position does not accept pending licenses. All candidates must have a valid license at the time of application.
