Technical PM (With Scrum Master )

Drive and oversee end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of BFS programs, including integration, development, deployment, maintenance, and operations across fixed-price and managed service engagements Manage P&L, drive strategic objectives, ensure optimal resource utilization, and deliver business value Manage governance processes, prioritization, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication Ensure programs adhere to CMMI Level 5 standards Ensure compliance with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Ensure adherence to BFS-specific regulations such as PCI DSS, SOX, and GDPR Lead audits and Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities Ensure strong process discipline across programs Own technical solutioning and estimation during proposal and bid stages Collaborate with pre-sales, architecture, and finance teams for accurate scoping and profitable deals Lead multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations Manage internal staff, contractors, and third-party vendors Facilitate coordination across engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and vendor teams Serve as the primary liaison for clients, executives, and internal stakeholders Present delivery status, manage escalations, and drive decisions through steering committees and executive reviews Proactively identify and mitigate technical, operational, and regulatory risks Establish SLAs and track compliance with BFS standards Ensure audit-ready processes and high-quality deliverables Embed continuous improvement across delivery practices, team health, and productivity Mentor senior program managers and technical leads Provide frameworks and tools to enable scalable execution Required Experience & Qualifications: 15-20+ years of IT delivery experience within the BFS domain Proven experience managing complex, large-scale software programs Experience with systems integration services and multiple contractual models Deep knowledge of BFS systems, including payments, core banking, and trading platforms Strong understanding of BFS regulatory landscapes and software lifecycle Proven track record in CMMI Level 5 environments Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Experience with DevOps automation, SLA management, and compliance controls Strong strategic leadership capability to align delivery with business objectives
