Job DescriptionProperty Management Specialist I - Cincinnati, OHPay: $18/hr | Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM | Location: On-site We are looking for a Property Management Specialist I to help manage a multi-family housing community. This role includes assisting with leasing, conducting inspections, addressing resident concerns, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Assist with apartment leasing and move-ins Conduct unit and property inspections Enforce lease compliance and resolve resident issues Process rent, maintenance charges, and utility billing Maintain resident files and support reports Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Preferred: Knowledge of lease terms, housing rules, and public housing procedures Please note: Applicants currently enrolled in a housing voucher program are not eligible.
