Chief Product Officer (CPO) About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Chief Product Officer to lead our product organization and drive product-driven growth across our AI platform. The CPO will be responsible for developing and executing the product vision, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and delivering sustainable revenue streams through innovative product strategies. This executive role serves as a key business partner in our C-suite, partnering closely with the CEO, CTO, COO, and commercial leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and ARR growth targets Create and articulate product vision across multi-product portfolios Drive digital transformation and product innovation initiatives leveraging AI capabilities Make high-level decisions about resource allocation and product portfolio management Champion market intelligence through customer needs analysis, competitive research, and market trends Leadership & Team Development Lead and mentor the product organization, overseeing product management, design, UX research, and analytics functions Build and develop world-class teams while fostering a culture of innovation and rapid learning Manage the product management function and mentor subordinate managers to excellence Create a customer-centric culture by systematically gathering and leveraging customer feedback and usage data Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with the CTO to ensure scalable, enterprise-grade product delivery Drive enterprise sales alignment and revenue growth through new product initiatives Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align product roadmap with strategic account planning Ensure cross-departmental coordination for seamless product launches and post-launch optimizations Product Lifecycle & Operations Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and continuous optimization Own product P&L and key metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and revenue expansion Drive product-market fit initiatives and market expansion opportunities Monitor and optimize product KPIs, onboarding experiences, retention rates, and expansion revenue metrics Key Objectives Success in this role means: Building a best-in-class product organization that consistently delivers market-leading AI solutions Achieving measurable impact on company ARR through strategic product initiatives Establishing product-driven growth as a core competitive advantage Creating sustainable innovation pipelines that maintain market leadership Developing a high-performing, collaborative product culture across the organization Qualifications 10+ years of product leadership experience, with at least 5 years in executive product roles Proven track record leading product organizations at scale, preferably in enterprise software or AI/ML companies Deep expertise in product strategy, product-market fit, and product-led growth models Strong business acumen with experience owning product P&L and driving revenue outcomes Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities with experience mentoring senior product leaders Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities at the executive level Experience partnering with engineering, sales, and marketing leadership in high-growth environments Reporting Structure This role reports directly to the CEO and serves as a key member of the executive leadership team.
