MEC is seeking an ERP Project Manager who will support the delivery of ERP implementation initiatives and related technology projects. This role is responsible for managing assigned project workstreams or mid-sized ERP initiatives, coordinating cross-functional business and IT teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ERP Project Manager partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to support successful execution of ERP lifecycle activities including design, testing, and go-live readiness. Location/Schedule: Hybrid in Milwaukee, WI ResponsibilitiesGeneral Duties and Responsibilities Work with project stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Manage day-to-day communication with project team members and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business owners, security, and external partners to achieve project objectives. Support team collaboration and help remove obstacles to progress. Escalate risks and issues to senior leadership as appropriate. Relationship Management Project Execution Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules. Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Monitor resource allocation and assist with capacity planning. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget within assigned responsibility. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Provide regular status reporting to project leadership. Support continuous improvement of project management tools, templates, and processes. ERP Project Responsibilities Support ERP implementation lifecycle activities including Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare. Coordinate testing cycles, defect tracking, and business validation activities. Assist with data migration coordination and integration tracking. Support business process owners in documenting requirements and future-state designs. Help prepare business readiness materials and training coordination. Participate in go-live planning and post-go-live stabilization activities. Track cross-functional impacts across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Commercial teams. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent experience 5-7 years of progressive project management experience Experience supporting ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent) Preferred Qualifications Experience building and managing schedules in Microsoft Project or similar tools Exposure to ERP implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate or similar) PMP or working toward certification Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Working knowledge of ERP functional domains (Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, etc.) Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately
