Project Manager Commercial Tulsa, OK Project Manager is responsible for the following: Project Manager will manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on time. Monitor and manage project costs to align with agreed budgets. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment to meet project requirements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare detailed progress reports and present updates to senior management. Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Project Manager compensation package is as follows: Competitive salary range from $90,000 - 125,000, based on experience.
