Senior Salesforce Developer

Senior Salesforce Developer Location: San Antonio, TX (preferred) Schedule: Hybrid onsite/remote Contract: Through end of 2024, potential for extensions Expectations: Development of custom Salesforce applications in a team environment, standup's, demo's, documenting story progress in Jira, executing testing for developed code, design documentation. Must have led parts of implementation for least 1 or 2 large sized projects Programs technically medium to highly complex solutions based on business requirements Creates unit tests to ensure accuracy. Track record of identifying largest risk areas and driving resolution of these issues Provides accurate and timely input regarding status of technical tasks Ensure project goals make sense and overall development objectives are being met Designs and develops high quality, scalable and efficient solutions and products on schedule Mentors lesser tenured developers within in the team Experience: 5+ years of experience developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce Lightning platform. 5+ years of strong experience of web development technologies, such as React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. 5+ years of proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools. Responsible for documenting design, programming specifications, performing unit and systems testing, and recording test results. Understand Salesforce platform limitations and design alternatives to work around limitations. Strong communication skills.
