CDL Driver - Class B

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class A or B CDL Driver to become part of our dedicated and safety-focused team! As a CDL Operator, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient execution of various HPC Industrial jobs across multiple service lines. This position involves supervising and completing single task jobs with a team while adhering to both client and company policies, procedures, and requirements. Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment effectively. Manage special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps. Utilize and manage the operation of pumping and chemical cleaning equipment while performing various job tasks. Examine surfaces for cleanliness to meet company and customer specifications. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment utilized during jobs. Supervise a crew of vacuum technicians as required. Transport equipment and team personnel to customer sites. Complete inspections and maintain compliance with driver's logs, along with other DOT requirements. Load and unload hoses and vacuum truck materials appropriately. Provide general maintenance support in-field when needed. Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications: Specific vocational training, on-the-job experience, and safety training. English language proficiency for safety training comprehension and emergency response. A valid driver's license, CDL Class A, and compliance with company driving policies when using personal or company vehicles. Smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device systems. Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) may be necessary. Knowledgeable in emergency equipment operation, including fire extinguishers. Experience operating a vacuum truck is a plus. Familiarity with equipment used in wet and dry vacuums. Requirements to Join Thompson-Industrial: High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Class B CDL License is mandatory. HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements are preferred.
