Deliver specialized speech therapy sessions targeting communication, language fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing capabilities. Collaborate effectively with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, families, and caregivers to construct comprehensive care protocols. Provide vital education for patients and their families to foster development beyond the clinical environment. Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, guaranteeing seamless therapeutic continuity. Maintain thorough and precise documentation in compliance with relevant laws and health regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development through education initiatives and collaborative learning with colleagues. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA-certified. Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days post-hire.
