Otolaryngology Opportunity in Northeast Oklahoma Step into an exciting role in a high-volume ENT practice that combines General ENT with subspecialty flexibility. Based in the vibrant Tulsa area, this opportunity supports a respected medical center with a comprehensive surgical team. Join a collaborative team and make a difference in patient care. Practice Overview You'll join a team with 1 Head & Neck Cancer/Facial Trauma Specialist and 2 General ENT Providers. Significant support from 2 Audiologists and multiple APPs. Perform procedures such as eustachian tube dilation, biopsies, and more. Call schedule is one week per month, both phone and in-person. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Average of 20-30 patients daily with OR block time 2-3 days/week. Structured call of 1 week per month. Balance between clinic and procedural time. Compensation & Benefits 2-year guaranteed base salary of $525,000 - $575,000. $60,000+ sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance. 30 days PTO during guarantee, with $5,000 CME allowance.
