Concrete Project Management Lead

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Management Lead to oversee our projects from inception to completion. This role involves comprehensive project leadership, including setup, procurement, compliance, progress tracking, and financial oversight. You will ensure that safety standards are met, schedules are maintained, and communication flows effectively with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Review and execute contracts and scope of work. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Analyze job costs and estimates. Coordinate project sequencing and scheduling. Track project quantities and progress meticulously. Provide regular cost reporting and budget forecasting. Review and approve invoices. Procure necessary materials and equipment. Issue and track change orders as needed. Develop cost estimates for change orders. Maintain clear communication with General Contractors and Owners. Collaborate with Operations managers to ensure proper manpower allocation. Mentor and guide Project Engineers in their development. Required Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to produce precise reports and presentations. Proficient in identifying critical elements of varying situations to inform decision-making. Effective at planning, motivating teams, and innovating work methods. Inspires team members to achieve identified objectives effectively. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred. Solid understanding of construction principles and practices. Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability in diverse environments. Proven experience with project setup, budget planning, procurement, and cost reporting. A strong grasp of critical path scheduling. Experience leading successful project teams and fostering external partnerships. A motivated individual who works well independently and within a team. Ability to navigate job sites effectively, including walking, climbing ladders, and working on multi-floor scaffolding.
