Summary: Leads the practice of nursing and manages care on the patient care unit. This nurse is proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a broad level of accountability for outcomes. Provides 24 hour/ 7 day accountability care for assigned patients. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence. Education: Essential: Bachelors Degree in Nursing This is a Med/Surg Tele unit that takes care of patients with a variety of medical conditions, who need continuous cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, wound care, and pain management. Minimum Qualifications: Credentials: Essential: Registered Nurse, Basic Life Support, ACLS if required by department Credential equivalent experience: Required - RN (Registered Nurse) - State of Florida; Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - ACLS (Cardiovascular) - If required by department Experience: Essential: 2 years RN experience in acute care Facility: St. Anthony's Hospital Location: St. Petersburg, FL Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Shift: Days Weekend Work: None On Call: Yes How often will this team member be working remotely?
