Your Role As a Team Leader Associate, you will play a key role in supporting a retail office during tax season. You will strive to consistently exceed client expectations and provide daily operational leadership within the tax office. Starting with a flexible part-time schedule in late fall, this role transitions to full-time from January through April during the peak tax season. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising or managing a team Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer experiences Your Contributions Act as an onsite point of contact for tax office associates and clients, supporting the Multi-Unit Team Leader to ensure quality execution and promote H&R Block’s values. Oversee client service experience execution and hold tax office associates accountable, escalating concerns to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager when necessary. Address escalated client service concerns directly, ensuring a resolution. Ensure effective client scheduling and conflict resolution, escalating as needed. Lead from the front desk, providing phone support and engaging with clients to deliver a remarkable experience. Manage daily operations, so tax office associates are scheduled effectively, completing work on time, upholding quality standards, and aligning with overall goals. Facilitate daily huddles to communicate important information to associates. Your Expertise Prior experience in customer service or a similar role Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing daily office operations Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to work a flexible 40-hour work week based on business needs A high school diploma or equivalent or higher Why Join H&R Block?
