Field Operations Manager US Water Culligan Group US Water Culligan Group is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Field Operations Manager to lead service and delivery operations. This leadership role oversees residential and commercial service technicians, delivery drivers, scheduling, inventory, safety, and overall field performance. This position will co-operate the location alongside the Office Manager, working as a leadership team to ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, financial performance and team development. What You'll Do Service Operations Supervise, schedule, and train residential and commercial service technicians Oversee installations and service calls Control labor and repair expenses Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction Delivery Operations Manage bottled water, salt, and product delivery operations Supervise delivery drivers and serve as backup driver when needed Monitor delivery costs and vehicle maintenance Coordinate delivery schedules with the CSR team Leadership & Management Manage inventory levels within budget Monitor department performance and control expenses Support safety initiatives and enforce company policies Provide hands-on troubleshooting and customer support Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Management teams Qualifications Associate degree or two-year technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in plumbing, water treatment, utilities, or related field Prior leadership experience of 10 or more team members Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Valid driver's license required Physical Requirements Lift up to 80 lbs (over 80 lbs with assistance) Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, climb stairs/ladders, and work in field environments Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Bonus and commission opportunities Health benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision) Retirement benefits package- Fully Vested at 90 days Paid time off- Sick & Vacation Career advancement opportunities Employment Requirements Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Background check Drug screen DOT physical About Culligan Culligan is a recognized leader in residential and commercial water treatment solutions with nearly 90 years of industry experience.
