The Role: As the Vice President of Strategic Client Relationships, you will be integral to driving sales and expanding our Real World Data (RWD) capabilities within high-value accounts in the life sciences sector. This position demands a robust background in sales and business development, a profound comprehension of RWD applications, and a passion for driving the adoption of NorstellaLinQ among clients. You will function as a trusted consultant to senior stakeholders, discerning their intricate needs and aiding them in utilizing our RWD solutions to fulfill their business objectives. Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Spearhead the sales of Norstella's RWD products, concentrating on our flagship NorstellaLinQ offering to strategic accounts in the life sciences field. Business Development: Discover, cultivate, and finalize new business ventures within target accounts, collaborating with key stakeholders to showcase how Norstella's solutions can address their challenges in real-world data integration. Client Engagement: Establish and nurture enduring relationships with senior executives, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and deep engagement with Norstella's offerings. Market Awareness: Remain informed about market dynamics, competitor actions, and industry trends to firmly position Norstella as a frontrunner in RWD. Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to align with customer needs and influence product development. Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as required. Qualifications: Experience: At least 10 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the life sciences or healthcare data sectors. RWD Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of real-world data applications, analytics, and insights within the life sciences industry. Sales Expertise: Proven record of success in a quota-carrying sales role with a history of meeting or surpassing targets. Strategic Mindset: Ability to grasp complex client requirements, craft bespoke solutions, and strategically position Norstella's offerings. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, capable of conveying intricate solutions clearly and compellingly to senior stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is advantageous. Travel Expectations: 25% - 50% of travel for regular in-person meetings with clients and company events.
