LanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN Med Surg for a travel job in Memphis, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: LPN / LVN Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical LPN for a high-acuity Level I Trauma Center. This is a 48-hour night shift opportunity for a strong traveler with recent Med Surg experience in a large hospital setting. IV Certification is a FIRM requirement. Candidates without IV certification will not be considered. Minimum Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience IV Certification – REQUIRED Level I Trauma experience – REQUIRED Large hospital experience – REQUIRED Prior travel experience – REQUIRED First-time travelers not accepted Exception: 3+ years of recent experience Active LPN license compliant with NLC guidelines Pending licenses not accepted Patient Ratio 1:7 (Team Nursing Model) Ratios may be higher with support from RN, PCC, and care team members Schedule & Work Requirements 48 hours per week Night shifts Weekend shifts required as needed On-call required as needed Block scheduling not guaranteed (weekend block may be considered) ⚠️ Please do not submit travelers to multiple job IDs within this facility.
