Construction Project Supervisor

Construction Project Supervisor House Buyers of America is seeking a dedicated Field Manager to oversee the management of our home renovation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for executing 5-10 projects each month, which includes bidding jobs, managing permits, and ensuring timely completion. As this position involves traveling to various job sites in the greater Maryland area, candidates must reside in Maryland. What you will do: Effectively manage 5-10 projects per month while adhering to designated timelines. Recruit and oversee contractors, ensuring smooth contract management for all trades and subcontractors. Focus on completing projects within budget by identifying cost-saving opportunities and streamlining construction processes. Maintain project schedules and address all required inspections promptly. Deliver necessary equipment to job sites as needed. Conduct final inspections of properties to ensure quality workmanship and document completion with detailed photographs. About You: You bring 5+ years of experience in project management in real estate, including home building, renovations, or insurance restoration.
