Anesthesiology Opportunity in Lake Charles, LALocated 1 hour from Beaumont TX and 2 hours from Baton Rouge, LAPosition Details: Full-time, hospital-employed position Level III Trauma designation Diverse surgical case mix including: - OBGYN, Orthopedics, Urologic, Pediatrics, Plastics - ENT, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, and Trauma Cases performed at: - 350-bed main campus hospital with 16 ORs, 4-room endoscopy suite, and 1-room pulmonology suite - Multidisciplinary Women and Children s Hospital with 6 ORs Team model: 26 CRNAs in a supervisor model Schedule and Call Structure: 4-week rotating schedule: - Week 1: 5 days, 10-hour shifts - Week 2: 7 days of call - Week 3: Post-call/off week - Week 4: 5 days, 10-hour shifts Optional internal locums available during off weeks 4 weeks of PTO (in addition to post-call week) 1 week of CME 8 paid holidays Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $700,000 Signing Bonus: $100,000 wRVU-based productivity bonus Annual performance bonus Monthly fellowship training stipend available Relocation assistance up to $15,000 CME allowance: $4,500 and 5 CME days Flexible vacation, holiday, and paid medical leave EPIC EMR system
