We are searching for a dependable & knowledgeable Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment within the manufacturing plant. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of mechanical systems, including extruders, mixers, blenders, air compressors, and other critical machinery. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth plant operations. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery. Document maintenance activities and report equipment performance and issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all maintenance tasks. Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and performance improvements. Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools for efficient operation. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest equipment and maintenance best practices. Maintenance Technician Requirements: At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a focus on mechanical systems.
