Roles & Responsibilities Gain in-depth knowledge of MMS solutions' functions, features, and technical requirements. Write technical responses for IT-related queries from RFPs, contracts, and security audits. Manage, prioritize, and track requests with strong project management skills. Build strong relationships with technical SMEs, platform development, and global marketing teams. Stay updated with new versions and product releases through continuous training. Provide accurate, timely responses to mitigate risks and seize opportunities. Collaborate with the HIT team to deliver technical training on MMS solutions. Review product release content to ensure technical completeness for customer conversations. Work with product and information security teams to maintain updated security whitepapers. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Experience Required Project management experience, particularly managing multiple priorities. Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in technical environments. Previous work with technical products, preferably in the healthcare or IT sectors. Experience with or certification in cloud technologies is beneficial. Skills & Certifications Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Excellent writing skills, especially in translating technical information into customer-friendly language. Strong customer-centric mindset. Ability to collaborate with various departments, including R&D, product security, and legal teams. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Proactive in building internal relationships with technical experts. Eligibilities & qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field (or equivalent experience). Technical IT training and knowledge. Knowledge of MMS products (Alaris, Pyxis, HealthSight) is preferred. Cloud experience or certification is a plus. Alignment with core values, with a desire to assist and support customers effectively.
