We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to provide 24/7 leadership and oversight for our Spine & Surgical Unit (7E), an ANCC Magnet®-designated surgical inpatient unit known for exceptional patient outcomes.About the RoleThe Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and a supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and collaboration.
