Key Responsibilities: Product Roadmap: Develop and uphold a product roadmap that aligns with our strategic objectives. Discovery & Research: Perform in-depth industry exploration and competitive analysis to inspire and direct feature development. Backlog Management: Organize and prioritize the product backlog to meet delivery milestones effectively. Requirements Documentation: Generate clear and thorough product requirements, including functional specifications and process flows. User Stories: Craft high-quality User Stories and acceptance criteria for development teams. Design Collaboration: Partner closely with UX Designers to create engaging prototypes and wireframes. Sprint Leadership: Direct Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives. Backlog Grooming: Lead backlog refinement sessions to ensure clarity and appropriate prioritization. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with technical teams to assess development efforts and plan efficient releases. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clearly define and negotiate requirements. Dependency Management: Identify and manage dependencies across teams and systems for seamless execution. Metrics Analysis: Evaluate product performance metrics to pinpoint improvement areas and optimize conversion rates. Domain Expertise: Cultivate a profound understanding of core business functions and workflows. Technical Understanding: Maintain knowledge of core systems, applications, and technical platforms. Leadership & Communication: Effectively influence stakeholders at all levels with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in the insurance sector. A proven track record of delivering AI-driven products successfully. Extensive experience in leading Scrum teams and overseeing complex dependencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience. Strong foundation in software engineering principles. Demonstrated success in gathering, defining, and documenting requirements. An innovative mindset with a dedication to continuous learning and enhancement. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Relevant certifications in Product Management or associated fields. Eligibility Requirement: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
