Location: Highland Park, Illinois, USA (On-site, 5 days per week) Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, plus an excellent benefits package We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless inventory flow and accurate order processing within our organization. Key Responsibilities Coordinate point-of-sale orders by managing stock allocation and issuing instructions to the warehouse. Maintain precise inventory levels and manage all related documentation. Handle claims and refunds for damaged or missing inventory. Batch and upload orders into the ERP system efficiently. Work with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve logistics challenges. Prepare and review commercial shipping documentation. Organize shipments via truck, sea, and air, including obtaining quotes. Review carrier invoices to ensure accuracy and address any discrepancies. Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding shipment status and potential delays. Create shipping labels using FedEx/DHL and manage digital SKU assets. Perform various administrative tasks related to logistics as required. Physical Demands Frequent use of computers and screen-based systems. Regular sitting with occasional lifting or manual handling required. Clear communication and auditory abilities in a busy office setting. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination. Strong proficiency in Excel, including v-lookup, x-lookup, and pivot tables. Experience with import and export processes. Skilled in inventory management and basic financial reconciliation. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Customer service orientation with a proactive approach. Understanding of shipping processes and necessary documentation. Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is advantageous. Associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
