Storage Procurement Specialist

Pay Range $15.00 - $20.00 PURPOSE This role involves engaging with storage buy customers and overseeing the storage audit process. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS At least one year of retail sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of staff and management. Proficient computer skills and experience in project coordination. Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Gather necessary customer information to effectively manage all storage buy orders. Ensure timely delivery of storage buy orders within a 14-day window. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits to maintain order and inventory accuracy in line with the Storage Buy Audit SOP. Process customer storage buy orders in the POS system. Act in alignment with the company’s core values. Adhere to the company's safety protocols for lifting and handling. Answer incoming calls following established guidelines. Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by management. WORKING CONDITIONS Employees are commonly exposed to a warehouse setting and active vehicles, with a noise level typically ranging from moderate to noisy. PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS Physical ability to exert 30 - 60 pounds of force occasionally, 20 - 30 pounds frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or manipulate objects. The role requires frequent use of hands and fingers, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
