The successful candidate will be a grounded, equity-driven leader with a strong background in operations, fundraising, and people management. They will be responsible for deepening the organization's operational and financial stability, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency, and strengthening relationships across the reproductive health and justice ecosystem. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the unique challenges of abortion access in the region, and the ability to balance care with accountability, bringing both steadiness and vision to the organization. The Executive Director will guide the team in expanding its visibility and fundraising reach, and deepening its presence within the reproductive justice landscape. The ideal candidate will have the humility and strategic acumen to ensure the mission endures and evolves in service of the communities that depend on it. While the position is primarily remote, the role involves travel within the region and occasional national travel for various engagements. The company is particularly interested in candidates based in the region, but will consider exceptional candidates with strong experience working across southern states.
