Throughout our decades of experience developing, owning, and operating tenant-driven investment property, we have worked on projects ranging from 2,000 SF to 2.6 million SF in size, and $1 million to $250 million in value. Primary Responsibilities: Prepare complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions. Prepare, or oversee the preparation of financing packages. Prepare or oversee the preparation of sale packages. Assist with financing, sales, and property level negotiations Utilize data to determine trends and prepare for presentations and meetings. Review and understand real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals, environmental, etc.); identify any issues of concern. Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry. Compile and analyze property data. Participate in weekly meetings to discuss deal flow, deal status, and market conditions Maintain a solid understanding of how InSite's lines of business work together Qualifications: Knowledge of financial terms and principles Proficiency in the use of databases including Argus & CoStar Self-motivated, team-oriented, and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines Entrepreneurial, persistent, and driven Excellent organizational, quantitative, and communication skills; ability to interface with top level executives throughout the company Ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively Strong research and problem-solving skills Intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, and Power Point Expertise in Excel Benefits: Generous paid vacation and sick time.
