Team Supervisor

Description: The Team Supervisor plays a crucial role in fostering a welcoming environment focused on guest satisfaction. You will effectively manage team members according to company policies, ensuring smooth operations during shifts. Your responsibilities will include delivering food during peak hours and overseeing the operational processes from start to finish. You will also handle cash management, ensuring secure deposits, and maintain accurate administrative records including reports, inventory, and order management. Key Responsibilities: Lead team members in accordance with labor and sales goals. Ensure excellent guest relations. Assist in inventory management: counting, ordering, receiving, and organizing products. Will ensure compliance with Master Prep and production guidelines. Complete end-of-shift paperwork. Open and close equipment and operations efficiently. Support catering operations including deliveries, order taking, and resolving issues. Ensure compliance with meal periods and rest breaks. Manage cash deposits to safe and bank following the cash deposit procedures. Deliver food during peak hours to tables and catering clients. Maintain current state Foodhandler/ServSafe certifications. Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards. Complete additional tasks as necessary. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification as applicable. Minimum 6 months experience in a supervisory restaurant operations role or similar. Strong guest service and communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to establish and nurture vendor relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and POS systems. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
