Work location: 583 East Columbus Ave | Springfield, MA 01105 "Pay: -$96,500.00"Available schedule-Monday-Friday-Flexible schedule-(9 am-5 pm.)What You'll Do As the Clinical Supervisor, you will supervise a team of Master's and Bachelor's level staff providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services in our Springfield Clinic and home settings . You'll ensure quality clinical care, effective case coordination, and adherence to best practices that support children and families in achieving lasting behavioral and emotional growth. Inclusive Culture - Work for an organization deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and administrative supervision to IHBS staff. Support development and management of the ABA internship program. Monitor staff productivity, paperwork compliance, and quality of service delivery. Facilitate team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement. Provide orientation, training, and professional development for new staff. Maintain a small clinical caseload to model best practices and ensure program excellence. Partner with the Program Director to improve processes and outcomes for families. Support the creation and implementation of behavior intervention plans. Who You Are Master's Degree in a mental health field and at least two (2) years of experience in behavioral analysis (required). Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensure (required) Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including functional behavior assessments, intervention design, and progress evaluation. Experience collaborating with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams in home and community settings. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required). Must be 21 years or older.
