Process Support Specialist - Senior Operations

Western States Lodging and Management is seeking a detail-oriented, systems-driven Process Support Specialist - Senior Operations to provide vital operational and compliance support across our Senior Living communities.In this role, you will work directly with the Director of Systems and Processes to evaluate, improve, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, operational workflows, technologies, and standard operating procedures. You will play a key role in strengthening systems, enhancing training programs, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple communities.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced senior living professional who thrives on organization, compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.Compensation Competitive salary of $20/hour based on experiencePart-time scheduleProfessional development and ongoing training opportunitiesMeaningful work supporting senior living communities across multiple states Key Responsibilities Compliance & Documentation Assist with employee and resident paperwork, including state-specific compliance documentsEnsure documentation is accurately completed, stored, and maintained in accordance with state and federal regulationsSupport auditing of documentation processes to guarantee regulatory compliance across communities Systems & Technology Support Support integration and utilization of key operational systems, including: ReliasALISALISPayWelcome Home Ensure smooth functionality of training, resident care management, and billing systems across all communitiesDevelop user guides, FAQs, and training materials to support system adoption Operational Process Improvement Support development, implementation, and updates of operational processes and training programsMonitor and revise processes based on company standards or regulatory changesAssist in leading initiatives to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance performanceContinuously evaluate systems to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings Training & Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to community leaders and staffCollaborate with Senior Living Operations, HR, Payroll, Accounting, and vendorsSupport community managers in maintaining compliance with all licensing regulations Qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations, systems management, or general management in a healthcare or senior living settingExperience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation preferredStrong understanding of state and federal regulations related to senior living licensure (or ability to quickly learn multi-state requirements)Exceptional organizational and project management skillsDetail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and follow-throughStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and identify operational inefficienciesComfortable working cross-functionally with leadership, home office teams, community staff, and vendorsEnjoy working with and supporting the elderly populationWillingness and ability to travel as required Working Environment Primarily based at our Home OfficeTravel to communities as needed Why Join Us?At Western States Lodging and Management, we are committed to operational excellence and compassionate care.
