Project Scheduler - Senior Level

Senior Scheduler Provides detailed oversight and reporting for contractor schedule submittals. Monitors critical path activities of the contract, logic structures, and interfaces. Updates project schedule monthly, provides variance analysis, recovery suggestions, forecasting, assesses logic structures and interfaces. Reports in a matrix organization to the Program Scheduling Manager and to the Project Commercial Manager, highlighting any schedule slippage and other issues, and working with them to determine any mitigation actions Preferred Qualification Must be expert with Primavera P6, proficient in schedule analysis, construction scheduling experience a must, forensic schedule and claims analysis a benefit Required Qualifications and Skills: Rail Transit Project Experience required 15 Minimum Years of Experience required Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. On site position: Multiple locations (Washington, DC / Baltimore, MD) Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000 YR
